Job overview:

Work directly with our CEO, Lee Richter on day-to-day tasks; collaborate on projects with our marketing & finance team. As the PA/EA, you will manage business and personal related tasks such as scheduling & confirming appointments, organizing travel, market research, assisting with organization and maintenance of work and living spaces. Maintains professional boundaries, exercises discretion, honors client’s privacy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintaining clear boundaries and acting as a buffer between the world and our CEO
  • Facilitating communicating between outside parties and CEO
  • Helping to organize, categorize and respond to emails
  • Managing relationships with outside vendors, partners & clients
  • Checking travel restrictions and requirements
  • Process all booking arrangements
  • Confirming all travel, hotel, resort, transportation in advance
  • Researching speaking engagement opportunities
  • Preparing media presentations as needed (PowerPoint/keynote, handouts)
  • Coordinating on logistical details with event staff
  • Light housekeeping duties

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Drive and OnePass is a plus
  • Experience with Apple technology is a plus
  • Experience with communications systems Asana and Slack is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role
  • Some College Education Preferred
